- Each brush head is hand-cut to the perfect shape, allowing for precise application from dense coverage to a soft, delicate finish.
- The collection is suitable for a wide range of products and every makeup need – from powders, creams, and liquids to mineral makeup, highlighter, and shimmer.
- Brush names on the handles make for easy reference when creating your favorite look.
In the starter set, I got:
- A base shadow brush
- Deluxe crease brush
- Accent brush
- Fine line brush
- Brow Brush
- The travel case.
Overall I found them very good quality. I liked the purple colour, the hands are smooth and lovely to hold. They have soft bristles and have an even distribution of product. The travel case is great. It is very simple but effective. They are moderately priced at about $40 AUD. Which in Australia is very good for what you get.
In the Core Collection I got:
- Detailer brush:
- Pointed foundation brush
- Buffing brush
- Contour Brush
- The travel case.
I was not as impressed with this set as I was with the first set. This collection is aimed at creating the perfect base on your face. I found almost all the brushes too small for the surface area. I used the Foundation brush and found it was very uneven and I had to go over it with another foundation to even it out! I even found the Detailer Brush a bit small, that could just be that I have way too many problem areas that need to be concealed. The buffing brush was ok, I probably would use it will liquid foundation in future because I have much better blush brushes which i could use. I did LOVE the contour brush though, It really did highlight my cheek bones well. I did love the travel case that it comes in also. This set also retails for about $40 AUD.
This set costs about the same as the first but the size of the brushes are just too small for trying to cover your whole face. The first set worked a little better because you need small brushes for eye work but for the face, it suffered. I am not sure if this is because they are a travel set. I wouldn't write off the whole collection from Sam and Nick, The quality and presentation is good, perhaps if you buy them individually it wouldn't be so much for an issue.
